Mariah & Lucas's day was amazing! I had a lot of favorite parts of their day but the absolute BEST part was the gifts they gave each other. Lucas wrote and illustrated a children's book for his teacher (children's book loving) bride. She gave him a heartfelt video of people she interviewed proclaiming how wonderful of a guy he was. Their wedding day was the beginning of an AMAZING start of a family and I can't wait to see what all they become!

Confession.. I don't close my eyes during prayer at weddings. I want to get sweet images that many don't see when THEIR eyes are closed.
My favorite is when dad's secretly wipe away their tears durning prayer in hopes that no one sees them. I caught Ross wiping away his tears from giving away his last daughter. What a treasure to have these images!
