Reegan senior session

Oh Reegan.. you knocked your senior session out of the ballpark!!! I'm crazy in love with your images and hope you are too!!!!

Reegan is an amazing, AMAZING dancer! We dedicated our last hour of her session to capturing her love in my wildflower field.

Absolutely, hands down one of my favorite captures ever. =) The sky's the limit, girlfriend! I can't wait to see what you conquer in life!

I look forward to the Hudson's family session every year! Their kids are so, so great. They treat each other kindly and you can tell they genuinely like each other.

I can't wait until next year, Tara and Ryan! Whatever you are doing.. keep up the good work! Your family is so fun to be around!

Ellie+Tyler Wedding, Nappanee/Goshen Wedding Photographer

What a gorgeous, gorgeous day Ellie and Tyler had for their wedding last weekend! Ellie was going for a theme of "gold and glam" and man it was gorgeous!

Ellie and Tyler have been together for 6 years so basically they have grown up together. Getting their drivers licenses, going to proms and walking through college and schooling together and they are better than ever! Ellie holds a special place in my family's hearts because she's been a long time babysitter for us. I was so, so honored when she got engaged and asked me to be apart of her day!

Their wedding party was filled with Tyler's brother and all their sisters.. so meaningful and lovely.

I hope you enjoy looking at glimpses of their day as much as I loved capturing their day.

And this was a dh photography first.. a puppy in the wedding pictures! Roma Rae has been apart of the family for 2 years now and even tho she couldn't officially be in the wedding she was able to make an appearance at Ellie and Tyler's portrait time.

One of my favorite wedding/bridesmaid dresses pic of all times! So, so classic.

And Ellie has two sisters so they've always been the "Sharkey girls". Now two of them are married but they will always be the Sharkey girls to me. =)

Tyler and Ellie are going to live on a pig farm and their reception was SO, SO classic with added pig farm elements. Like the place-cards.. they had their very own farm complete with golded piggies.

The Spohn Ballroom downtown Goshen is literally breath-taking.

And to date.. THE coolest bridal party entrance I've ever seen.. and I've seen many! This couple pulled off this "Dirty Dancing" move like a boss!

The reception was amazing..
There were toasts...

There was cake eating...

There were first dances as man and wife...

There was a dance floor selfie...

There was whipping and nay-nay-ing...

There was some wobble baby-ing...

There was some hilarious photo-bomming action...

Such a gorgeous, gorgeous day!

angel family session

Met up with the Angel family late last week! This family and I go way back.. Kelsey and Allison used to be tiny little gymnasts that I used to teach when I was in high school! Then Allison was on my gymnastics team when I coached right after college. She gave us a scare when she was a senior in high school.. she was in a horrific car accident that almost took her life. Every time I see her I KNOW I am watching a miracle walk around!

It was so fun to catch up. =)

Jessica is a fellow photographer and I LOVE to get her behind the camera! Her family is crazy gorgeous and they are welcoming another member of the Edwards family this fall! I don't get to do many maternity sessions since I'm mostly a family/wedding photographer so it was fun to take some belly shots at their session.

And Lael has her own photography business as well! It's always an honor when another photographer trusts me with their images.
And this year marks the 15th year Lael and Joel have been married. Their kids had just been in a cousins wedding so they had flower girl dresses and fancy duds. Lael and Joel put their wedding attire back on for a few shots! It was SO fun!

The Kio's are always one of my favorite sessions of the year! The kids are adorable and make me LAUGH! This year we shot in their backyard filled with wildflowers.. it was perfect in every way! And this is the first year of getting 2 year old Naomi to smile at me.. well, most of the time. =)
