trent senior session

This may be a dorky word but Trent was a delightful dude to be around! His mom and girlfriend came with him to his session and I always judge senior boys by how they treat their mama's.
yes, I said judge. =)
He was SO SWEET to both his lady and his mama. So sweet to see.
I know you are going to move mountains, Trent! so honored to be able to capture a glimpse of your senior year.

Well this was a special session.. the yoder's have been married for 50 years! VERY good reason to have a session! we met up with their two grown children and spouses and what a sweet time we had. they all were happy and cheerful.. especially because it was COLD!
thanks for braving the elements for a sweet session, yoder's!

the cobbs and I have been together for a few years now and so excited to meet the newest member of the family.. 7 week old mason! we had a gorgeous night in the 60's before the temperatures plummeted. you really never know what you are going to get in november in indiana!

had to keep this one.. sister maddison is "cuddling" her baby brother as he screams while mom and dad laugh. love it!

miller family session

not only did I do chad and stephanie's wedding almost 5 years ago.. but Mrs. Miller is also my daughter's teacher this year! the other special thing is that their daughter is also named joya.. my middle daughter's name. =) i can still remember the email from stephanie asking if it bothered me that they were more then likely going to name their daughter joya!
we were honored. =)
so glad they are back in the are and so glad it was a warmer night to take these images!

miss joya wasn't real "in to" getting her pictures taken.. which made for some sweet images like this...

and then I took her off by myself and she did wonderfully. =) one point for miss darcy!
and mom and dad because they get beautiful, smiley images in the process...

kaitlin was SUCH a fun girl to work with! she's in to makeup and hair so she knocked both out of the ballpark. she was all around pleasant and her and her mama got along so well.. such a fun relationship to be around.

troyer twins senior + family session

LOVE this family! And we are going to be good buds this year! They have twin seniors, needed a family picture update AND eldest daughter Kaitlyn is one of my brides this July 2015. I think they may get sick of me by the end of the year!
these are people are just plain ol' good people... Just love them!

now for the twins' portion of the session.

and the troyer's had a special request.. that I capture them with their elderly dog, Bruno for the last time. there are more touching images of the family saying goodbye to Bruno but they are too emotional to share. let's just say that I was praying my images would be sharp through my own tears.
what a lucky pup to be loved so much by this family!

wingard family session

so awesome to meet a new family and COMPLETELY hit it off with them from the get go! the wingards were just the sweetest family of 6. and I know.. 4 daughters! but scroll down and see that daughters can get dressed up in camo and shoot boy and arrows with the best of them.
and I told them.. if I lived on their property i'm not sure i'd ever leave! it was crazy gorgeous and in full fall bloom. there was horses, a pond, a cabin and more. just beautiful!
and mama corinna wanted to incorporate what the girls love in their individual pictures.. horses and ponies and sports and art, oh my!
I think they turned out amazingly!
