Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. as they start their lives together!!!
Welcome to the wedding of Carly and Justice! Covid didn't deter them from their intimate, private backyard ceremony and reception. Carly warned me that Justice would be emotional throughout the day and he didn't disappoint! He lovvvvves his girl and it was so fun to witness.
Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. as they start their lives together!!!

There was a few months of uncertainty of what Phil and GraceAnne's wedding would look like, but one thing they knew is that they their wedding date would for sure be May 24th, 2020! They had to whittle down their guest list a bit and the reception got moved from a reception hall to the church basement but I think everyone in attendance would agree that it was PERFECT in every way!
Happiest of wedding days to Phil and GraceAnne!!!! Laura and Josh are MARRIED!
GOSH I feel badly for my May brides and grooms that planned their weddings, then a worldwide pandemic hit, then basically had to plan their wedding all over again! They had planned an intimate wedding but had to whittle down that list even more to keep their wedding date! They ended up having their wedding in the backyard of their home and it was PERFECT. We grabbed a few portraits at a local park and Laura's boys joined us for some updates pictures of their new family! Congrats to Mr. and Mrs. Bachtel!!! Ohhh.... what a glorious day to be apart of!
Molly and Jared and ALLLLLL their families have been awaiting this day for almost 5 years! These two were high school sweethearts and I'm guessing if you look in Molly's old notebooks from school you will see her practicing writing "Molly Templin". Well December 14th, 2019 was the day it came official! It was so much fun and the amount of laughter and joy and emotion was fun to capture. When your bride writes on the notes of your wedding day itinerary "lots and lots of laughing pictures!" you know it's going to be a great day! Just love you guys and can't wait to see what the rest of your lives together looks like. Oh gosh.
Yesterday was one of those weddings that you are just honored to have witnessed! Audwin and Kellie's day could not have been more perfect! They had both waited a long time to meet "the one" and their day was amazing. They met at work a bit over a year ago and the love for each other that has grown was sooooo fun to watch yesterday! Enjoy a few images from yesterday's day! Yesterday's union of Josh and Amanda's wedding was fullllll of celebration! I'm guessing their guests are still on that dance floor! And a personal favorite of the day was when Amanda gave Josh a gift of a journal that she had written in since their first date. She had an inkling that he was "the one" and started journaling about how she felt about him from day one of their relationship! SUCH an amazing gift!
Best of wishes to the new Mr. and Mrs. Anderson!!!! Ooooookayyyyyyy... fabulous wedding coming atcha!
MAN what an amazing day yesterday was at Megan and Nick's wedding! This was the first time that a 4-legged doggie was apart of the wedding ceremony! Wrigley had Enjoy these sneaks of their glorious nuptials! Mariah & Lucas's day was amazing! I had a lot of favorite parts of their day but the absolute BEST part was the gifts they gave each other. Lucas wrote and illustrated a children's book for his teacher (children's book loving) bride. She gave him a heartfelt video of people she interviewed proclaiming how wonderful of a guy he was. Their wedding day was the beginning of an AMAZING start of a family and I can't wait to see what all they become! Have fun in Hawaii, guys! Confession.. I don't close my eyes during prayer at weddings. I want to get sweet images that many don't see when THEIR eyes are closed. My favorite is when dad's secretly wipe away their tears durning prayer in hopes that no one sees them. I caught Ross wiping away his tears from giving away his last daughter. What a treasure to have these images! A bit of a cake tipping scare leads to a really great cake smash... When the bride and her dad choreograph their daddy-daughter dance... you KNOW there will be some epic photos!
The rain sure didn't dampen Kinza and Chip's wedding day! Cliche but we had horrendous storms the night before and it was supposed to rain through our scheduled portrait time but the Lord cleared the sky for us to get in their pictures! The rest of the day was spent celebrating with their family and friends. The first day of the rest of their lives was COMPLETELY blessed! And downright gorgeous.
Marissa and Brett are MARRIED!
Yesterday's nuptuals were filled with soooooo much fun! The anticipation, planning and details of this day for Marissa and Brett went without a hitch. The first day of the rest of their lives was a GREAT one! |
