scott+alexis wedding

what an honor it was to be apart of scott and alexis' day. =)
not only are they the sweetest couple.. but they are apart of a small group that darin and i lead. it's been fun to see their relationship grow to the point of life long vows.

their venue was one of my favorite local venues to shoot at! coppes commons in nappanee, indiana. it's rustic, has a reception and ceremony possibilities in the same place and their food is to die for! i save my calories to eat very healthfully on cc wedding days! 

alexis didn't miss any details. being a december wedding, their were sparkling white lights everywhere. it gave a sweet romantic feel.

alexis lost her dad a bit over a year ago and she did SUCH an amazing job of honoring him at the wedding. he even had his chair reserved along with a boutonniere.

more and more couples are choosing to the traditional route of having their first look of the day as the bride walks down the isle.  i always have my camera glued to the groom for his reaction!
